Week 2 Reflection

Definitely learned a lot more about the energy system this week and also going back to components of fitness brang back a lot of memories of when I learnt it in whanu ora and basically just was able to revisit it. After the workout we did on Wednesday (circuit training), really felt good after it but also disappointed on how I did during the workout and hope that next time I would push myself more by not listening to brain and just pushing and pushing myself to the limit.
